I do my best to take mindfulness moments and minutes. Time where I basically force myself to stop doing thinking solving acting lather rinse repeating. I was prescribed my first ESA when I was 18. And this was back in the mid nineties before they were trendy. Shorty has become one of my favorite ways to take those breaks, spend those moments. Just watching the tiny tortoise exist is soothing, calming. Waiting to see what it’ll do next. Stretch? Pump for breath? Look for snacks? Yawn? YESSSSSSS I LOVE THE YAWN. Ahhhhhhh. Dopamine received. 😊
